Due to a successful year,  Connex Education are seeking experienced sales individuals to join our Nottingham office as Trainee Recruitment Consultants to help with our expansion plans in 2015.

The role of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant is very sales and target focused. You will be responsible for securing new business with local schools, and also maintaining an excellent level of customer service to current clients.

No two days are the same here at Connex, the role also includes interviewing candidates face to face, writing creative job adverts and attending school meetings and university careers fairs.

For all your hard work, we will offer the following salary and benefits:

• A competitive starting salary of 18-20k per annum, depending on experience.
• A generous uncapped commission scheme and annual profit share 
• OTE 25K in first year
