CUSTOMER SERVICE RESEARCHER
Our Client is conducting a Customer Satisfaction Survey for one week
Monday 13th April - Sunday 19th April
Hours are 8am-4.30pm Mon-Sat & 9am-4pm Sunday
The work will be outdoors collating data from the public at the entrance to a busy Household Waste Recycling Centre at CUXTON
Safety boots/shoes must be work - additional PPE Hi Vis will be provided
Candidates must have a smart appearance & excellent communication skills. A high standard of customer service and politeness must be adhered to at all times
A targeted number of surveys must be completed each day. A series of questions are asked & the replies must be documented /entered in the appropriate fields on the survey sheet
As the work is for one week only - this may suit a student or someone on holiday leave
The full seven days must be worked for this position
The rate of pay is £6.50 per hour
