Customer Service Agent - OTE £25,000

Package: £13,000 - £15,000 basic with an OTE of £25,000

This company provides specialist telephone support services to a number of companies, vacancies exist in two departments handling in bound calls and one department outbound calls.

Located in Longridge near Preston the company offer an excellent working environment and full training. This is an opportunity for motivated individuals that want to develop a skill based career and opportunity to achieve a rising income. Full training will be provided and you will be rewarded with a commission scheme where the more you achieve, the more you earn.

Suitable Candidate

The ideal candidate will evidence good communication skills a telesales or telemarketing background is not essential. Full sales and product training is provided but most important will be to have a professional approach & clear communication skills. The use of standard Microsoft office tools will be an advantage.

Duties include:

- Managing and continually updating customers by web mail and telephone.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Prioritising and scheduling calls.
