Senior HCM Consultant

Senior SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultant to be based in the West Midlands. To monitor and oversee the day to day support activities from the wider team and also to drive the change management process with the customer, liaising with offshore delivery teams to ensure a quality solution is provided. This will involve co-ordinating cross functional team activities, providing technical guidance and support to fellow team members and offering a more general mentoring support a development to junior team members. Experience of managing cross functional team solutions, ensuring the delivery of the solution is to time, cost and quality expectations. Ability to grasp client's specific CR processes for 3rd Line Support (example understand the business process and map configuration requirement accordingly).

SAP technical Skills: Customising within the HCM function module, Strong understanding and use of Structures within the HCM module, Working Time & Pay, Pay Scales and Wage Types, Info types, Personnel Actions, Employee life cycle management, Time management, HCM specific reporting, Generating and managing Transports. Any of the following skills are desirable but not essential: FICO, CRM/SRM, BI or SD/MM, ABAP, Payroll.
