IT Recruitment Consultant required for a well-established and highly successful Recruitment Consultancy, based in Chelmsford or the City. We are currently seeking experienced IT Recruitment Consultants 360 or delivery Consultants to join our team.

As an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant you will have the following:-

Previous IT Recruitment experience is essential

Strong sales and Business Development skills

Highly motivated and committed to providing a high level of service to our clients

Ability to prioritise, multi-task and to work to targets and deadlines

Team player

Excellent communication skills

The IT Recruitment Consultant will:-

New business development, through regular canvassing and client visits

Maintaining existing client relationships

Registering new candidates

Working on permanent, contract and temporary vacancies

Sourcing and selecting suitable candidates for vacancies

Submitting CVs

Arranging interviews

Liaising with clients

Placing successful candidates into roles
