My client, a growing general contractor who specialise in affordable housing, are looking to take on an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding and highly skilled management team.
The company, based in the Southend area, are a well-established and successful company with an exciting future. The right candidate will be a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with residential experience. Several years experience working for a residential contractor is preferred.
For the right candidate there is a competitve salary on offer of between £40-45k + generous package.
