Network Manager - Global Network, Citrix, Exchange, Cisco, NetApp.

I currently have a once in a life time opportunity to join an iconic British brand as a Network Manager onsite at their offices in Leicester

This is a high profile role carrying responsibility for all aspects of my clients global infrastructure, ensuring that their systems are always available and perform in line with user expectations. There is frequent interaction with IT staff located at overseas locations with the expectation of occasional international travel.

Whilst excellent technical skills are advantageous the ability to provide clear leadership and communicate effectively with users/stakeholders of all levels will be paramount.

From an experience perspective my client are looking for the following:

Required Knowledge, Skill & Experience

• Ability to communicate in a concise manner generating trust and confidence amongst colleagues.
• Recent experience of leading highly skilled and motivated teams, ideally with responsibility for Citrix, Microsoft Exchange, Cisco and NetApp systems.
• Experienced trouble-shooter with proven problem solving skills preferably using a recognised methodology such as Kepner Tregoe.
• Experienced in always on' global networks.
• Experience of owning and working within defined budget.
