OBIEE Developer

OBIEE Developer is required by our end-user client to support and develop BI related solutions within the business. The successful candidate will support the Applications team, working closely with the BI Manager and Reporting Analysts in line with Strategic Reporting and Business Intelligence initiatives.

You will have direct contact with business users and therefore must possess exceptional communication, time management and analytical sills in addition to strong technical ability.

A strong technical ability will be required to understand the interfaces into OBIEE from Oracle ERP, Hyperion EPM Systems, Data Warehouses as well as other source data systems.

Responsibilities:
-Design, develop and deliver BI solutions with OBIEE and Oracle ERP systems
-Administration of OBIEE
-Assist in the design, build and testing of OBIEE reporting for dashboards and BI Publisher
-Experience in end to end design and delivery
-ETL processes development based on SQL Scripts for both Oracle and SQL Servers
-Collaborate and communicate with different teams within the business
-Transform business requirements into OBI Reporting

Skills and Experience required:
-Experience of Oracle BI (OBIEE): BI Publisher, Schema Modelling, Dashboards, iBOT
-Oracle 10g and 11g experience
-SQL and PL/SQL
-Exceptional communication and business facing skills
-Ability and experience of working with teams in multiple countries

Desirable skills:
-Degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or other related fields
-ETL Tools experience (ODI, Informatica)
-OLTP, OLAP, DAC and DSS
-Oracle ERP Systems
-Project Management Certification (Prince2, Agile)
-TOAD
-SQL Navigator, Metadata Navigator
-WebLogic
-Hyperion EPM Systems, such as HFM and Planning
