Our client, a well regarded leader in their field, are looking for a Business Analyst to join their centre of excellence in Bournemouth. This individual is to be a key part of the team, expected to make an active contribution to the design and delivery of enterprise wide, critical, business change.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an active part in driving business transformation with particular focus on feasibility, process mapping, requirements elicitation, benefits cases, impact assessments.
  • Capture requirements by facilitating workshops and discussions
  • Produce project and change documentation
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Manage key stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Understanding of the project life cycle
  • Experience with a variety of Business Analysis methods (process mapping, use cases, workshops, facilitation)
  • Demonstrable record of delivery in transformation and change projects
  • Conversant in established project management methodologies including PRINCE2, Agile
  • Understanding of business process management
  • Excellent communication
