A successful, fun and innovative commercial property agency in Farringdon is looking for a sharp, motivated and results driven Business Developer.

You will be tasked with driving new business from companies looking to lease or buy new commercial property. If you’re looking for an exciting opportunity in a fun environment and the opportunity to earn some serious wedge then we'd love to hear from you. Candidates who give us a little personality in their application will put themselves in a strong position.
 
Who we are:
 
We are a niche property company based in Farringdon, specialising in advising a wide variety of clients on sales, lettings and other commercial property related matters in London.
 
We are currently seeking a full time New Business Developer to help win new business with tenants looking to acquire new commercial premises throughout London and the South East.
 
The Internal Sales Executive role will include:
 
> Creating new business opportunities and setting up meetings
> Communicating our service to prospective clients
> Overseeing the development and delivery of marketing literature
> Providing management with feedback
> Working to managed targets
> Maintaining relationships with the aid of our customised CRM system
 
The ideal Internal Sales Executive will have the following skills:
 
> A proven track record of business to business sales and lead generation
> Evidence of solid research and writing skills
> Strong admin and record keeping
> Self-motivation and tenacity
> Be able to Identify target markets
> Have good communication skills and be able to talk to individuals at all levels
> Be able to work as part of an expanding team
> Property experience is advantageous but not necessary
 
You may have worked in the following capacities:
Sales Development Executive, New Business Development Executive, Commercial Property Agent, Commercial Property Sales, Commercial Property Leasehold Sales.
