Client Services Manager - SaaS Social Media Marketing Software - London

Client Profile

Our client is an international software business specialising in a SaaS social media solution. They help businesses derive insight from analytics to increase engagement with their customers. They are an industry leader and work with well known clients in different industries. Their solution allows clients to assess social media in over 180 countries and 50 languages. They offer businesses the chance to use social media to their advantage when dealing with their customers. They have international offices and are growing rapidly.

Role Profile

The role is a great one and works within the client services in London. You will assist with the onboarding of clients, developing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touch point. There will also be an opportunity to assist with pre sales and sales teams to develop best practice models and renew clients.

Responsibilities could include:

- Pre Sales assistance - Develop content, conduct presentations and meet clients

- Develop key relationships with clients and uncover true requirements

- Train customers and ensure that they are getting the most out of their relationship with the business

- First point of contact for troubleshooting

- Ensure smooth journey for the client through pre and post sales

- Work with clients to identify optimisation and renewal opportunities

Candidate Profile

Candidates will ideally have worked in a SaaS environment or had an exposure to social media in a work environment. They will need to be able to be a subject matter expert on the product but also social media itself.

Candidates will benefit from showing any of the following attributes:

- Self starter with the ability to take ownership of projects

- Exceptional communication skills

- Good project management ability

- Knowledge of the SaaS space in relation to marketing technology

- Previous working knowledge in an account management or customer success role
