Marketing Manager

Due to continued, organic growth a successful business services company in Cardiff have created a new role for an experience Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The company are the region's leading provider of their chosen services and are extremely confident that their business plan will deliver ongoing, positive results.

This standalone, Marketing Manager role will be responsible for all aspects of marketing activities for the business on a multichannel basis. The role will be measured on enhancing brand awareness and communication style to their clients, reviewing both internal and external communication methods.

Marketing Manager Duties:

• Creating and taking ownership of Social Media platforms, ensuring a clear and consistent message is delivered at all times.
• Build relationships with external media providers, overseeing changes and overhaul of company website and involvement with PR activities.
• Manage content for internal and external communication channels.
• Reviewing procedures and content that internal staff create and how they communicate with clients with an aim to ensuring a consistent message.
• Involvement in a variety of projects and campaigns that can vary from marketing to business improvement.

Marketing Manager Person Specification:

A naturally clear and confident communicator who is able to build relationships with colleagues and clients, who is comfortable reporting to the Senior Management Team.

• Strong commercial acumen, able to visualise the "bigger picture".
• Relishes a challenge with confidence to build a marketing and communications function from scratch.
• Innovative thinker who is creative and able to foster originality.
