Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor for pitched and flat roofing contractor

Excellent opportunity for an Estimator/ Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding, well established pitched/ flat roofing contractor based in Merseyside.

About the role:-

-Producing accurate and competitive estimates for pitched roofing projects in slate, tile, shingle and lead.

-Flat roof estimating in single ply and liquid plastics

-Attend pre contract/ design meetings if required

-Procurement of materials

-Produce monthly valuations and invoices

About the candidate:-

-Be based in the north west

-Construction back ground (roofing experience not essential)

-Must have the ability to read drawings, either in hard copy or electronically 

-Competent in using Microsoft packages

-Ability to work as part of a team

-Full driving license

-Excellent organisational skills
