1st Line and 2nd Line Support Engineer, South Bristol, £18-20,000 (dependent on experience).
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st line and 2nd Line Support Engineer with 1-2 years commercial support experience to carve out a fantastic career within a leading company. The environment is highly sociable, energetic and fun, and our client is looking for a like-minded individual.
Key Skills:
- 1-2 years commercial support experience.
- Experience within 1st line support / Helpdesk Support.
- A good understanding of IT desktops and IT networks.
- Hardware support experience; must be able to set-up basic network printers and scanners.
- Must be comfortable providing support via phone, email, remote desktop and on customer site.
- Must be highly customer focused, personable and professional
- Must have real passion for IT and technology, bags of enthusiasm and highly engaging with colleagues and internal users.
- Good understanding of Windows Desktop and MS Office.
- Must be someone that is happy in a 1st and 2nd line support role and environment.
- Must have excellent English communication experience.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

- Providing desktop, software and hardware support.
- Providing the highest level of customer service.
- Logging calls, problem solving and escalating requests where necessary.
