We are currently looking for a multi skilled mobile Falconer /Pest Control Technician to work on a variety of sites all over the Eastern Region (Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire) – delivering first class falconry, pest control and proofing services to our local and national client base.

Experience is by no means essential in both disciplines (you’ll need to have experience in one though), as full support and training will be provided to the right person; whether its falconry or pest control you need to develop your skills in. But what is essential is a passion for birds and a desire to manage and fly them to the highest standard together with a drive and motivation to work with the company and colleagues positively for mutual benefit and reward.

We have often found that the job suits best those who have recently discovered falconry/pest control who may have already obtained their own bird and want to progress their skills and be paid for doing something they love. This is not just a job and we are not just another Bird Control Business.

Are you the right person?

- You’re likely to have or have previously had your own bird of prey

- You may have had experience of housing birds of prey at home

- You may own your own basic falconry equipment

- Not afraid of heights (we do A LOT of bird proofing) and of getting your hands dirty

- You’ll have at least the BPCA/RSPH Level 2 qualification / or the desire to study and achieve this qualification within your 1st six months

- A minimum of 3 years industry experience – either delivering high dependency pest control services to corporate blue chip clientele or urban falconry to commercial clients

- A full driving license & the flexibility to travel to clients anywhere in the country if needed outside of your home territory

- An interest in wildlife management, environmental stewardship and use of complimentary methods of control

- Available to work weekends on a regular basis; our clients’ needs don’t stop on a Friday afternoon and neither do we!
