Science Teacher General

Uteach present a unique opportunity for a Science Teacher in an Ofsed "Good" Secondary school located in Buckinghamshire. This post is for a September 2015 start date and whilst initially temporary, it has the possibility of becoming permanent.

The Science department is well resourced and supported by dedicated staff and technicians. It can confidently deliver all the practical work that key stage 3,4 and 5 demands, plus many other extra practical experiments.

The school is a dynamic learning community which promotes individual and collaborative success for all. A good school that offers students a good education. The conversion to academy has been managed well and there is already a strong positive impact. A well-planned curriculum and many opportunities for students to show responsibility contribute significantly contribute significantly to the good outcomes.

There are 1000 pupils of mixed gender between the ages of 11-18 of which, just over 200 are enrolled in the sixth form.

There are excellent transport links both locally and internationally: London Heathrow airport is less than 15 miles away.

Local landmarks include Windsor castle and Lego Land in Windsor.

To be eligible for this position you are required to be a qualified or newly qualified teacher.
