Fantastic opportunities have arisen for Part Time and Full Time Sales Advisers. The role is to selling VITALITY Health and Life Insurance. Roles are commission based and self-employed.

Earning an OTE of circa. £25k p.a. for Part Time work (based on 1 sale per week) and between £50k - £100k p.a. for Full Time work.

The Head Office is based in Sheffield, with an expanding base of Sales Advisers throughout the country.

The role
As a Self Employed Sales Adviser you will be proactive in your area, representing, marketing and selling the insurance product. Your other responsibilities will include:
• Developing and converting leads into sales.
• Promoting the company brand at events and within local communities.
• Providing expert advice in selling the product and its associated benefits and rewards to clients.
• Developing an appropriate solution for the client’s needs.
• Undertaking regular training and development.
• Providing post sale advice and guidance to clients.

There is a firm career path for the successful and committed Sales Advisers, as you can progress to developing and leading a team.

• Willing to accept direction but able to work independently.
• Hard-working and resilient.
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

• Strong connections within the local community, sports clubs and other organisations would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite requirement.
