Account Director, Global Digital Agency, London

I am looking for an exceptional Account Director to join the client services team of a game changing Digital Agency in London. These guys are one of the most innovative and in their approach to delivering digital solutions to their global clients.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to key accounts, inspiring the highest standards in all team members, whilst directing the Agency's longer-term relationships with Clients.

As an Account Director you will be responsible for building strong and enduring Client relationships by adding value to the Client's business and identifying opportunities for the agency in every client interaction.

You will be entrepreneurial, hungry and dynamic. This is a great opportunity for an Account Director who craves autonomy and ownership.

Responsibilities:

*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Contribute towards managing resources within the client services team as well as assist in the recruitment of new team members as needed
*Excellent communication skills - you must have the ability to connect instantly with people, build rapport, maintains and develops on-going and productive relationships.
*Be able to coach and mentor the SAM's and help in their development
*Regular finance reporting across utilization and product budgets
*Overseeing projects and quality control
*Ensure projects are delivered in line with the client's business objectives
*Ensure the effective delivery of projects on time and on budget in collaboration with the Project

Management Team,
*Resource planning against income
*Offer good and relevant strategic direction to clients
*Stay abreast of trends in the digitally enabled world and understand the unique opportunities and challenges that affect clients' business and marketing initiatives

Experience and requirements:

*Previous experience at AD level with an agency is a must have.
*Demonstrate a strong history of business and client development
*Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships
*Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail
*Knowledge of all areas of digital marketing which includes web builds, mobile and social media
