I am recruiting on behalf of a global brand specialising around the entertainment and travel industry.
They are seeking a 1st/2nd line Support Engineer to join their growing department, you will be put through certifications such as MCP, CCNA, MCSA and internal training to ensure your skills are top notch.

What will your day look like (but not limited to)?
*Work on the Global service desk, supporting a variety of different users for 1st and 2nd line support issues
*Provide remote, telephone and face to face support
*Support Microsoft office, Exchange, Windows, AD
*Troubleshoot both Macs and PCS
*Call logging, ticketing, following SLA's
*Be involved in a variety of different projects surrounding a variety of technology (Servers, Switches, Routers, Macs, bespoke systems and more!)
*Shadow senior team members and undertake training

Experience required:
*2 + years working in 1st and 2nd line support, logging calls, providing remote support etc
*Supported Windows 7/8 and Mac Operating systems
*Supported the Microsoft office suite (especially Outlook and 365)
*Exposure to Microsoft systems centre (SCCM)
*Excellent communication skills
