We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Fulfillment Responsible to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Fulfillment Responsible

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful delivery of the deployment program and projects
- Responsible for all aspects within the account over the entire programme life, including initiation, preparation, implementation, and close out
- Manage and monitor all delivery of projects
- Assure major issues are solved
- Ensure delivery on business targets (revenue, billing, inventory turnover)
- Improve customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor contract fulfillment
- Accurately coordinate all resources
- Organize bidding support work for new business development
Qualifications
- 15+ years of telecommunication project/programme management experience in a major vendor or operator
- 8+ years of staff management experience
- End to end experience managing internal staff and external customers simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multi-cultural experience
- Good knowledge of IP, DSL, MSAN, DWDM, IN, wireless
- PMP or PMI certified
