WebSphere Administrator, AIX, Linux, Z/OS
Major Retail and Investment Bank is seeking experienced WebSphere Administrators to join their dedicated WebSphere team. You will deliver technical change and support for relevant platforms, activities, and processes relating to your area of specialist knowledge - either locally or globally. Every day will be a new challenge, working with a diverse variety of Middleware technologies, to perform a wide range of day-to-day activities that will shape and support new services.
The platform consists of WebSphere Application Server and Portal, BPM, Process Servers, WESB and IHS infrastructure on AIX, Linux and Z/OS. The team is responsible for proactively monitoring the availability of this infrastructure. They also participate in the management and delivery of the technical work stack, incident/problem activity, WebSphere maintenance and the development of automation for WebSphere, repeatable tasks.
Excellent package available up to GBP65,000 + Bonus.
Experience/Qualifications
You'll have an in depth technical knowledge of WebSphere analysis in a large, complex support environment, as well as in one or more service management discipline. We're looking for collaborative problem solvers, who can drive improvement while working on a wide range of platforms.
