My client, a Financial Services Organisation is looking for an Onboarding SME to join their London team.

Key Accountabilities:

*Manage and own the end-to-end implementation of Digital projects including business and technical on-boarding activities;
*Provide support to Participants pre and during business and technical on-boarding (consultancy) including running, managing and/or co-ordinating workshops/training with Participants;
*Produce, validate and maintain all project documentation, including project plan, project scope and project reporting, including RAIDs management etc.
*Using the LEAN approach, continuously seek process improvements to shorten speed to market
*Provide training, consultancy & SME knowledge to internal departments and supplier teams

Essential Criteria:

*Ideally a minimum of 3 years payments processing experience
*Experience in working with the Agile approach within an IT delivery programme environment and establishing strong process and knowledge repositories
*Proven project and stakeholder management experience
*Strong Business Analyst and implementation experience
*Able to manage others delivering to time and quality but without line management authority.
*Knowledge of financial E-commerce/digital wallet and mobile propositions
*Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
*European language is desirable
*Keenness to acquire knowledge and understanding of Digital Propositions.
