Are you a Service Desk Analyst? Willing to take your career to the next step and work for a highly reputable organisation in the City??
Our client, who operate within the London Insurance Market is very keen to take on board an experienced 1st-2nd Line Support Analyst with a view to go into a server management area or someone who already worked as a Server Infrastructure Specialist.
What's required?
- Good understanding and experience of Exchange 2007/Exchange 2010.
- Good understanding and experience of Symantec Enterprise vault v10 including Discovery Accelerator
- Good understanding and experience of Symantec Antivirus for Microsoft Exchange.
- Strong experience of supporting Microsoft Outlook 2007/2010.
- Good understanding and experience of cloud based email security solutions, Postini or Symantec Cloud.
- Experience in Microsoft systems administration coupled with relevant professional qualifications (typically MCSE/MCITP)
- Good understanding of SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory and other key Microsoft server technologies.
- Experience of Blackberry Enterprise server.
- A good understanding of network protocols particularly TCP/IP.
- Strong Microsoft Systems/desktop administration/management skills.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Back Office products.
- Keenness to learn technologies outside core area of expertise.
- Solid experience in writing policies and procedures and other support documentation.
- Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
- Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of Customer Service best practice (essential).
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of customer care at all times.
- Ability to respond constructively to changing demands by meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality and service standards.
- Strong sense of ownership.
- A good team player.
