An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join a market leading organisation based in Leeds City Centre. My client are looking to build a new Ecommerce Service Desk Analyst team in order to resolve or escalate where appropriate incidents and major incidents.

This is a permanent opportunity that comes with a generous salary and package.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • You must have proven customer management/service skills.
  • A proven track record of working in a fast paced, busy service operations environment.
  • You must have a strong understanding and awareness of ITIL.
  • You must have experience of working to Major Incident and Problem Management processes and procedures.
  • A proven ability to prioritise incidents and escalate when required.
  • You will ideally have a strong technical background including Linux, networking, Integration layer, Manhattan and mobile application concepts.
