A SIMS and FMS Support Advisor is required to join the UK's largest integrated education support services provider. This is an excellent opening for an experienced SIMS and FMS Support Advisor to join a company where they will have the opportunity to support over 380 schools across the local area, working on a term/time basis.
The successful SIMS and FMS Support Advisors responsibilities will include but not be limited to; providing SIMS and FMS support to schools by phone and remote access ensuring the continuity of their operational service within agreed service level agreements. You will also be responsible for providing a high level of customer satisfaction, keeping administration systems up to date and for keeping up to date with developments in relation to SIMS and FMS applications.
Interested applicants will need to have a background in the use of IT in the education sector, ideally for Secondary Schools. You will also need experience of supporting SIMS and FMS applications, with an awareness for a customer focused environment.
