Develop, execute and manage contract negotiation program successfully Lead contract negotiations ensuring key internal stakeholders are involved in content Hold regular reviews with all stakeholders to ensure all needs are being met and contractual commitments are actionable Ensure standard contract terms meet with company policies and goals Minimize company s contract risk Distribute information on contract status (pre post), and gain internal alignment from stakeholders after any modifications prior to contract signing Involve subject matter experts are in attendance for contract negotiations, to prevent delays or adverse impacts in contract terms. Minimum 10 years experience in contract negotiation in multi national corporate environment Strong relationship management skills and demonstrate ability to communicate and influence at C level Ability to understand all stakeholder viewpoints to find satisfactory outcome and maintain strong partner relationships High level of commercial acumen Ability to build relationships across multiple functions Strong leadership quality, including excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal Ability to influence at all levels in order to achieve optimum outcome Degree qualification or equivalent preferred Strong understanding of legal, compliance and commercial regulations within the partner geography to ensure internal and external regulatory compliance.
