Technical Product Manager - Customer Service

An expanding energy provider are seeking a Technical Product Manager who will be responsible for the curation of the Customer Contact technology roadmap, providing technical analysis of business requirements, products and services along with managing the full Product Development Lifecycle for platforms and technical products. You must possess at least 3 years' experience in a software products or online services development team and be from a customer service and/or technical background with knowledge on platforms (Cloud, on premise and VoIP), software development methodologies (waterfall and agile) and possess excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.
