My clients, a leading legal organisation, are looking to recruit a application support analyst to support the core business application for the company.
The candidate will be expected to investigate problems within the system and services and assist with the implementation of agreed remedies. As well as providing support and maintain support processes and ensuring all requests for support are met to agreed procedures.
The successful candidate will have the following:
A strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems, Active Directory and group policy
Knowledge and experience of SQL, SSRS, T-SQL, VBA, C# and .Net
Experience of administering infrastructure for web applications
Scripting knowledge in PowerShell
Working knowledge of Exchange
The ideal candidate will also have:
Server monitoring experience of a Windows and Linux environment
Knowledge of McAfee and Microsoft antivirus products
Knowledge of MS SQL
The candidate will also ideally have a MCSA OR a MCP qualification.
