Senior Business Analyst - Northampton

Business Analyst (Senior) - Northampton - Financial Services, banking - IT and Business Transformational Change.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Business Analyst to join a rapidly expanding, industry leader. The role will focuss on delivering business change to the business. You will be working on some of the most substantial and advanced GBPmulti-million global projects. You will be responsible for the identification, quantification, planning and control of all business design and analysis related activity on change projects in order to support their high performance delivery. You will have solid Lead Business analysis experience where you have already identified, planned and controlled the design and analysis activity on a number of projects alongside an understanding of exactly how to elicit and model business requriements of large projects from large transformational changes to designing new operating models and customer experiences. You will have previous experience as being the key interface between the business and technology, with a focus on developing business cases for designs, designing new business models and adding value to every project. you will e high level stakeholder management experience and ideally some knowledge of governance and regulatory requirements. You will have solid Change/transformation experience and any Financial Services experience would be a distinct advantage.

Any ISEB, CBAP or equivalent would also be desirable.
