Marketing Co-ordinator- GBP22,000 + Benefits, Manchester

Due to continued growth and on the back of becoming one of Microsoft's highest selling Dynamics partners in the UK, this Microsoft Gold Partner are currently looking to strengthen the team with an experienced Marketing Co-ordinator.

The purpose of this role is to provide marketing and PR support to the UKL marketing team, while taking responsibility for your own projects from beginning to end to gain experience of the process

Responsibilities

  • Help implement annual marketing plans in part or in full, on a day-to-day basis in accordance with approved guidelines and identified best practice
  • Help to produce appropriate marketing assets including dm, eshots, adverts, banners, brochures, white papers, blogs and case studies (video and written) liaising with Corporate Marketing function
  • Assist in cross sell and up-sell promotions into the customer base
  • Help with managing and attending events (both third party and hosted), including planning, execution, attendance and follow up
  • Monitor competitor marketing activities, keep log and provide feedback to team to add value
  • Record all the promotional activities in a central place with copies of creative, audience and results against KPIs etc. in order to assist future campaign planning
  • With the support of the wider team, partners and solution specialists to help produce and refine Sales tool kits to support sales in their function, including (but not limited to) brochures, presentations, proposals and compete cards.
  • Help deliver and maintain all online promotions and content - both own through the use of our CMS (multiple branded websites) and external (third party websites) and liaise with the digital team in Corporate Marketing
  • Assist with delivering email campaigns and liaise with Corporate Marketing for design and templates
  • Help with regular social media activity including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Plus
  • Assist with copywriting and online placement and promotion of blogs to aid in SEO, visitor traffic and thought leadership positioning in accordance with overall marketing plan and themes
  • Ensure that copy on the websites is updated regularly and reflects the keywords and search terms being used by prospective customers to aid our SEO efforts
  • Assist with PPC campaigns in key verticals and solutions within marketing plan liaising with Corporate Marketing

  • At least one year's experience within a commercially focused marketing environment (can be a graduate placement) - preferably B2B
