Our client is a leading Ecommerce company who is looking for a Software Testing Team Leader
with strong experience leading a team of test analysts, web/mobile testing, appraisals

The Testing Team Leader is a senior opportunity within the company and requires someone with a proven track record in Software Testing, Team Leader, Web Testing, daily release, appraisals, mentor, PCI Standards

Responsibilities of the Testing Team Leader/Software Test Lead

Plan, organise and report on testing phase of project
Review and analyse requirement documents
Take ownership of work estimation
Apply active governance around quality, rules, standards and processes within the team
Ensure Regulatory and PCI standards are adhered to across the testing phase
Understand the efforts on both resource and time and assess impacts and risks in delivery the work stacks within the team
Assist in appraisal reviews
Assist in administration responsibilities of the team

Key Skills/personal traits required when applying for the Testing Team Leader
Strong team/project lead experience
Strong background in Software Testing
Experience of leading large and diverse testing teams and projects
Experience of testing large scale websites
Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
Ability to multi task and manage multiple streams of activity shifting focus regularly
Ability to think in a pressured environment and react quickly to pressured situations
Proven experience of working with daily releases and high output of development work
Able to react well to changing requirements with a positive attitude
