Lead Production DBA

Job Title: Lead Development DBA
Location: Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: GBP40,000-GBP50,000

Certes are searching for an experienced Development DBA to work closely with multiple business and technical teams to maintain and develop the SQL server environment that supports the aims of an award winning specialist financial services provider.

This is a genuine opportunity to demonstrate leadership and versatility as your role will include the following key deliverables:
*You will oversee a SQL server installation carried out by a third party
*You will support of the in-house development team on the delivery of a new Group-wide claims management solution
*You will providing data to client reports functions and an internal financial team and create and modify operational reports as required
*You will mentor a DBA and a Reports Developer providing superior technical leadership. You will also be responsible for management and prioritisation of team tasks

The successful candidate will have the following key skills/experience
*SQL Server 2008 R2/2012
*T-SQL
*SSRS/SSIS/SSAS
*Exposure to Business Objects and Crystal Reports is ideal.
