Force - Business Analyst - CRM - APEX - SOQL
Our Global Market Leading client has an opportunity for a Force Business Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
Job Role:
- Identify process and system improvements to support organization requirements and best practice specifically but not exclusively relating to After Market Service and Customer Relationship management
- Optimise the use of Our Client's implementation of Force and associated third party products to support the Sales and Service teams
- Provide systems administration, business analysis and system design, development and configuration expertise to support Force implementation
- Ensure that all IT related business process improvement projects across the organization are delivered according to specifications
- Support the Change Control Board
- Proactively analyse our client's business processes to identify opportunities for business process improvement projects which enhance our client's ability to sell and support our client's quality products, improve customer service, increase value add to the business and facilitate a world class CRM and After Market function
- Consult with management and end - users to define business requirements for systems development to support best practice
Optimise the use of our client's implementation of Force and associated third party products to support the Sales and Service teams
- Proactively identify functionality to support and enhance the resources available to our Sales and Service teams to enable them to support our customers and our selling ability.
- If able design, develop and implement visualforce pages, APEX code and SOQL queries to tailor the salesforce interface
- Design and document the setup and configuration of business
- processes to enable efficient and effective use of business applications
SKILLS:
- Demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the needs of the business
- In depth knowledge of Force applications, data structures and processes relating to CRM and After Market Service
- APEX code, create visualforce pages and understand SOQL queries (desirable but not
- essential)
- Ability to write technical documentation in a business friendly way (Business Requirement Specifications)
- Good working knowledge of IT systems
- Interest in acquiring and expanding knowledge of potential modules and systems
