What We Do:

> Software lifecycle automation is the use of automated tools to produce software more quickly and with fewer errors than would be the case otherwise.
> Tools exist to automate requirements management, project management (including agile projects), source code control, testing and deployment.
> We provide consultancy in the use of these tools, especially in the area of testing, which is one of the best established areas for automation.
> We also sell these tools, most of which are developed by major IT companies and the rest developed in-house, to our customers and help them make the most of them by providing consultancy and training.

About The Graduate IT Consultant Role

The work involves:

> Demonstrations to prospects of software lifecycle tools.
> Giving training in tools in which you have acquired experience and received training
> Integration of different software lifecycle tools, such as tools which support project management, source code control, issue management, requirements management and test management.
> Software performance testing on customer sites
> Software functional testing, both automated and manual

About You:

A mix of technical and interpersonal skills is required. You need to have an interest in and enthusiasm for computing, software development and the tools which increasingly automate the processes of software development. You also need to understand our prospects and customers, tailor your work to address their priorities and communicate with them and act in a way which wins their trust.

Experience Required:

> Have gained a Degree in a relevant numerate subject, e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics
> Excellent communication skills
> Eligibility to work in the UK
