**We are currently recruiting an Audit Manager (Finance & Business) to work within our Internal Audit Department conducting audits across the organisation's global operations**

The Audit Manager Role:

The successful candidate will be specifically responsible for audits of existing applications (financial and business); audits of developing systems both pre and post implementation; assessment of internal controls including review of Sarbanes Oxley processes and testing. As well as responsible for liaising with external audit, audits of financial statements, efficiency and effectiveness of operations, compliance with corporate policies and procedures and compliance with regulatory environments. You will conduct special projects and fraud audits as and when required.

To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with extensive audit experience. You will be an excellent communicator as you will be responsible for advising and counselling senior management regarding business and financial operations (existing and future state) and prepare reports for executive management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

Audit Manager Selection Criteria:

> The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree (or equivalent).
> A qualified accountant (ACCA) and CIA is desirable but not essential.
> Extensive Audit Experience, preferably in the publishing industry with experience in controllership/accounting.
> Knowledge of Audit/Sarbanes Oxley/COSO.
> Should be able to work independently to Audit Scope & Objectives.
> You will have strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as excellent inter-personal skills.
> German language skills are desirable.
