THE AGENCY:
One of the UK's best Experiential agencies are looking for a technical Production and Operations Manager.

This agency is fantastic, they have a strong, friendly culture, they are multi award-winning, including agency of the year, and have some of the best talent in the industry.

Their expertise covers all things experiential, from festival activation's and immersive brand experiences through to sampling and roadshows.

They are around 40 people strong and are based in a really creative space in the heart of Central London.

THE ROLE:
This is a great opportunity for a Technical Production and Operations Manager, within the experiential space.

This is an opportunity to work across some very exciting clients, from category captains in a broad range of FMCG categories, through to fashion, automotive, retail and consumer tech clients.

This is a hands-on, technical production role that will require you to bridge the gap between account handling and creative, whilst delivering outstanding campaigns.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Supplier management and negotiation.
•Sourcing new suppliers.
•Budget management.
•Sourcing/booking accommodation, transport and storage.
•Dealing with warehouse team.
•On site campaign management and client management.
•Pitching and production strategy.

As well as the above, this role will also be managing a Production Executive, whilst reporting directly into the Head of Production and Operations.

The actual activations will be wide ranging. They will cover logistically heavy sampling campaigns, through to festivals, on-trade, consumer events and gorilla marketing.

THE CANDIDATE:
The Technical Production and Operations Manager will have a strong background in experiential marketing.

This must include sampling experience, as sampling involves heavy logistics and this is essential for the role. Broader ranging experiential experience is also important.

An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is key, as the Production and Operations department within this agency work across all clients and campaigns, and are not restricted by only working on certain clients projects.

You will have a strong technical understanding, able to identify the varying campaign requirements, whether it be knowing how much cold storage to source for an FMCG sampling campaign, or knowing who the best stand builders are in London.

You will be a very organised individual, excellent on excel, great with budgets and meticulous attention to detail. You will be personable, able to build relationships and manage people.

This is a truly amazing opportunity for an Experiential Production and Operations Manager to get your hands dirty within an industry leader within the UK experiential space.
