Centre Manager
Have you got the ability to inspire and develop your team? Are you interested in driving performance to improve our market share across the East of England? Our Centre Managers are passionately committed to empowering individuals and organisations to release their potential through our employment and training programmes. Reporting to an Operations Manager you will take day to day operational responsibility for striving to achieve a Centre of Excellence. The Waltham Cross team has about 5 staff covering 2 different contracts and your key objectives will be to maintain a competitive edge in the local market, and to drive the quality and performance of your team. You will do this through compliance of our delivery models, utilising the business plans, tools and metrics that we have developed. As a Manager you will need to be a dynamic autonomous leader with the skills to coach and mentor the future stars in the region. You will need to demonstrate a management style with the ability to recognise and nurture potential and motivate your team to enable them to exceed their targets establishing them as a shining example to other centres in the East of England.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will demonstrate. previous achievements in exceptional customer service, possibly in the employment or recruitment sector. a good standard of education (A level or equivalent). knowledge of the local labour market. outcome driven with a positive and professional approach. excellent organisation skills

Additional Information
Salary up to GBP35K
