The Role
In a highly varied remote and client-facing role to:
- provide technical support to their customer base (from setting up new customers to fault management)
- configure their cloud communications system
- deal with suppliers and ensure timely resolution of faults
The successful candidate will be technically minded with strong problem solving skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree Educated in either Telecommunications or Computer Science
- Working knowledge of Linux
- Java programming experience
- Network analysis experience (Sniffing/Capturing)
- IP networking experience (switching & routing)
- Understanding of DSL technologies
- Excellent customer service skills
- Around 2 years experience in a technical support role
- Exposure to SQL databases
- An interest in telephony
