Lead Designer - Media Company - West London Location - Salary up to GBP41,000 dependent on experience + benefits
We're looking for an awesome Lead Designer to join this award winning media company!
As an experienced designer you'll be able to turn a brief into ground-breaking design, be full of creative ideas and know what makes advertising irresistible to its users.
The job:
As Lead Designer your duties will include;
- Working with other designers, sales, brand teams, as well as clients
- You'll be responsible for responding to (and understanding) briefs and ensuring all projects from you and your team are delivered on deadline to an extremely high standard
- Getting the best out of people, guiding your team to improve their designs and be obsessed about details
- Project such as display advertising (desktop and mobile), mock-ups, high impact rich media ads, advertorials, microsites, mobile apps, presentations and pitches.
With your extensive knowledge of advertising on all devices and formats, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of brands and clients with some really talented people and help manage, influence and mentor upcoming talent in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
You will need to have:
- Agency experience
- The ability to produce highly engaging and creative campaigns for large brands or clients
- Superb communication skills
- Previous management experience and the ability to know how to get the best out of your team
- Amazing Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Fireworks skills
- Experience of working with HTML5 advertising formats is a bonus
