Customer Services/Administrator

Warton Metals  require a full-time  customer services person to work within a small team.  Duties include answering the telephone, pricing orders (basic maths essential), quotations, calling new and existing customers, invoicing, answering internet enquiries, taking the post, general administration and sales support.  The  successful applicant will be reliable, computer literate, have an excellent  telephone manner and will feel confident speaking with customers at all levels. Experience in a similar environment preferred.   Salary is negotiable depending on previous experience.  Hours 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.
