Youll join the team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, where full on the job training & development will enable you to reach your potential quickly & professionally. Well train you how to build and manage your own candidate and client portfolio and equip you with the skills to run a business within a business.
Your typical day will include business development, client meetings, interviewing candidates, marketing, writing & posting job adverts, taking client briefs, candidate sourcing, headhunting, negotiating terms of business, maintaining client relationships, managing job offers (and hitting targets!)

A level or degree educated

In terms of your work experience, were not necessarily looking for people with a long career history; wed also be interested in candidates who are looking for their first or second real job after finishing school, college or university. However, we will expect you to have worked during your studies as this will demonstrate to us your work ethic & sense of independence.

Also, candidates with any experience of business-business sales would be welcome.
