The Company
My client is an international market leading player in the social media management + listening solutions space, with an excellent existing client base, great financial backing and significant growth plans for the EMEA region. They are searching for an exceptional Enterprise Development Team Lead to join their ranks. This position is focused on building pipeline for the enterprise level product to Large Enterprises. If you are an experienced Lead Generation/Sales Professional with or without management experience and a positive team-focused attitude then it would be worth speaking.
The Job
- Management of up to 8 team members
- Training, Coaching and Performance Assessments
- Tactical day-to-day leadership
- Driving and supporting attainment of individual and team opportunity pipeline generation goals
You
- Experience in international markets
- Complex solution lead generation / Sales experience, SaaS preferred
- French or German speaking a plus
- Ability to mentor team members through the prospecting process
- Experience utilizing a proven prospecting methodology
- Ability to successfully influence direct reports, peers and senior leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Highly organised
- Proven team building skills including training, coaching, assessment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
