ERP Project Manager - Retail
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business requirements
- Define project success criteria
- Determine and assess need for internal and external resources and recruit the appropriate resources if necessary
- Prepare progress reports and manage project expectations with stakeholders
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors
- Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of a project
- Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to highlight successful and unsuccessful project elements
KEY EXPERIENCE
Must have previously implemented Oracle RMS or Retek into a large Retail organisationExposure to full project life cycle
Experience of using recognised Development Methodologies
Awareness of Agile Methodologies
Clear understanding of the retail business process
Degree educated preferred
Formal Business Analysis/Project Management training preferred - Prince 2 or similar
