Job Title: Customer Relations Receptionist

Location: Hull

Salary £15,000 - £17,000 per Annum, Depending on Experience

Job Type: Monday - Friday, Temporary Maternity Cover up to 12 Months

Our client is looking for a confident individual who enjoys dealing with people, both in person and over the phone. This is a pro active role where an excellent first impression is critical, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk in customers to a timely, professional and helpful answer to incoming calls. Previous customer relations and reception experience is essential.

Customer Relations Receptionist - The main duties within this role will be:

• To operate the switchboard and provide an efficient, helpful and professional service to all incoming and outgoing callers, directing calls to the appropriate person / department or taking accurate messages.

• To provide a high standard of customer service to visitors.

• Politely and professionally making a number of follow up calls to customers.

• Responsible for all aspects of database reporting and administration.

• Documenting all incoming calls for the dealership.

• Maintaining reception area tidiness.

• Working with the General Manager to identify and implement marketing campaigns and strategy to be delivered across varying media.

• Utilising manufacturer marketing materials and local suppliers to produce professional communications.

• Planning and implementing various dealer events, including product launch, promotional weekends and drive days.

• Telephoning customers to maintain database cleanliness and to establish basic market research.

With high standards of professionalism and personal presentation you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Committed to customer excellence you will need to be positive, flexible and able to work calmly under pressure. Computer literacy is essential.
