Trainee Assessor Trainer (BIT, LEAN, manufacturing)

ECS Recruitment Group are currently looking for a number of Trainee Assessors/Trainers to be based in Birmingham

This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join one of our Engineering & Manufacturing Training academies at a time of growth and expansion.

* This role would suit someone who is looking to make the transition into training/coaching or assessing as full training and up-skilling will be provided.
* We are looking for people who have a passion for training or coaching and who are looking for a new career.

Up to GBP27,000 p/a start + Bonus + Benefits + On-going training & Development

Essential Criteria

- Industry experience within a Manufacturing or Engineering environment
- Possess a general passion for training/coaching
- Be flexible to undertake on-going training in-line with business requirements
- Have some understanding of Business Improvement

Responsibilities;

- Support, train and assess students both on-site (their place of work) to undertake appropriate assessing processes in Business Improvement Techniques, Lean Manufacturing or Warehousing
- Support Level 2 QCF Diploma in Performing Manufacturing Operations and Level 2 QCF in Warehousing and Storage Skills when applicable (Training will be provided)
- Provide candidates with individual feedback and actions as specified in the assessment plan and Individual Learner portfolios
- Ensure all portfolio's are submitted for IQA check in a timely manner
- Ensure students receive regular 1-2-1 sessions to ensure learning is on-track
