Graduate / Trainee Sales Executive

A Graduate/Trainee Sales Executive is required to join the market leader in industrial energy management systems (EMS), established for over 20 years and head-quartered in Trafford Park Manchester.

With the demand for their energy management systems ever increasing and their rapid expansion, they are recruiting for a number of Trainee Sales Executives.

The successful candidates will begin their training journey generating leads by making B2B outbound cold sales calls using their customer database, appointment setting and developing leads for other sales departments within the company. Success will bring progression to either their internal sales or external field sales teams and potentially beyond for those who have the drive and desire to forge a new, long term career.

They are looking for candidates who have excellent communications skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude, the ability to think on their feet, strong work ethic and are hungry for success with a high level of IT literacy, inc Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience of using a database/CRM system would be advantageous by not essential.

Working within a thriving team, you will be expected to meet sales targets set by the Sales Director. Full sales and product training will be provided.
