Project/Service Delivery Manager - West Sussex - up to GBP40k - SAAS/Prince 2/ITIL

An exiting new position has arisen in a top Digital marketing agency who offer a unique service to both huge global market leaders to up-and-coming start ups. They work alongside some of the biggest brands and have built a reputation for delivering a high quality service for their clients and that is down to the people they hire.

A new role has arisen for an experienced project manager to come on board and lead a team of 8 in their relaxed and vibrant offices. You will be developing a new position managing the projects and services ensuring the efficiency and quality of the services they deliver.

Day to day you will be managing a team, creating and developing the departments KPI's and SLA's. You will be involved in a number of complex projects alongside reviewing and developing current processes. Working alongside developers and service consultants you will be coaching the team as well as acting as the customer escalation point for service delivery issues.

The company has a very fun culture and would suit someone who has a vibrant personality and is looking for a positon that will offer stability and progression whilst not taking life too seriously.

Key Requirements:

* Solid exposure to Project Management

* Proven track record of delivering or managing a team providing services

* Prince 2/ITIL
