Have you experience in working in a contact centre environment delivering excellent customer service, building rapport and retaining customers?
If so I have a role that you may be interested in. Working for an ever growing company in a modern and professional environment.

The role is working in a busy office dealing with enquiries either by telephone, email or fax from existing or new customers. The purpose of the role is to maintain and grow the business getting customers to join you or stay with you!!

To be eligible for this role a contact centre back ground is required along with someone who is a team player, can multi task as well as handle objections.
Hours of work are 9-5.30 Monday to Friday however involves 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9.30 4.00pm Time given back in the week on this week. Contracted hours however will be 8am- 8pm to safe guard demands of the business.
