The Role
Responsibilities:

 

Manage office IT infrastructure covering 60+ users including updating and security Support office network infrastructure Office IT helpdesk function, setup of new users, ordering and installing new computers Manage existing users and shared resources  Manage and audit licensing for office and production systems Monitor and manage production and test IT infrastructure covering multiple servers and databases Manage releases and basic change control procedures Service monitoring and liaising with suppliers in case of outages Issue bulletins for planned outages for our system ( or outages from suppliers) Issue analysis after unplanned outages to affected customers Out of hours support 24×7 is likely to be an additional requirement of the role within a rota/on-call process The Requirements

A helpful, “can do” attitude is essential Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to manage issues and projects internally and externally Interested in small businesses and experience in working across multiple technologies in small teams to deliver resilient solutions Interested in technology and financial services Able to grasp complex technological integrations quickly Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability in a fast moving environment with high levels of availability required
