HB Projects Limited are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to provide administration support and to assist in the day to day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • All aspects of administration
  • Answering calls, dealing with visitors, maintaining refreshments for meetings
  • General office duties (Maintain meeting room diaries, record staff absences, deal with all incoming/outgoing mail, stock take of office stationery & order relevant items)
  • Data input, working out employee timesheet hours
  • Office archiving
  • Provide general administration support to departments
  • Deal with general queries at the request of management

Acting as the first port of call for incoming enquiries, the ideal candidate will be comfortable and confident speaking on the telephone, answering queries and transferring calls appropriately while also carrying out general admin duties.

To be considered for this role you must be a reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious worker with good communication and customer service skills. Candidate must also have the ability to prioritise workload effectively and have good IT skills including Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.

Training will be provided if required.

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday  8.30am – 17.30pm).

We will be looking for the successful candidate to start W/C 30th March.
